Our Story
Fusion Ark was established in 2014 by a group of operations professionals who had spent years working inside large organisations. We had seen first-hand how difficult it can be to improve the way work gets done, even when the problems are obvious and the solutions seem straightforward.
We also saw how external consultants often struggled to make lasting impact. They would arrive, conduct their analysis, present impressive slide decks, and leave. Six months later, nothing had changed. The recommendations sat in folders, never implemented.
We built Fusion Ark on a different premise: that real process improvement requires deep understanding of how work actually happens, not just how it is supposed to happen. It requires patience, persistence, and a willingness to stay involved until changes take root.
Today, we are a team of fifteen consultants working with clients across the United Kingdom. Our engagements range from focused assessments of specific workflows to comprehensive transformation programmes spanning multiple years.
